Community Services Minister Suzanne Orr has been slammed by other ACT members over what they called a “plan to make a plan” to address food insecurity in the Territory.
Members of the opposition and crossbench were not impressed.
It was Independent Kurrajong MLA Thomas Emerson who first brought the motion 12 months ago. He said he was “deeply disappointed” by what had been presented by the ACT Government.
“To be frank, it reads like a scoping brief that should have been developed in the first month after my motion was passed,” he said.
